  2. These Regulations are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and define the rules for using the Online Store as well as the rules and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements with the Customer at a distance via the Store.
  3. Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur – a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which is granted legal capacity by a separate act, conducting business activities on its own behalf, and using the Store.

Seller – a natural person running a business under the name Just We Ewelina Stasik-Makowska, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP 6191927342, REGON 302098146.

Customer – any entity (both Consumer and Entrepreneur) making purchases via the Store.

Store – online store run by the Seller at the Internet address www.justforpes.eu

Distance contract – a contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organized system for concluding distance contracts (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication until including conclusion of the contract.

Regulations – these regulations of the Store.

Order – the Customer’s declaration of will submitted using the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement for the Product or Products with the Seller.

Account – the customer’s account in the Store, which collects data provided by the Customer and information about the Orders placed by him in the Store.

Order form – an interactive form available in the Store enabling placing an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Cart and specifying the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.

Cart – an element of the Store’s software in which the Products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible, and it is also possible to determine and modify the Order data, in particular the quantity of products.

Product – a movable item available in the Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

Sales Agreement – a Product sales agreement concluded or concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store. The Sales Agreement also means – depending on the features of the Product – a contract for the provision of services and a contract for specific work.

Price per Product – unit amount (gross) for a given Product

Delivery cost – (including transportation, delivery and postal service fees).

The Customer can communicate with the Seller by phone from Monday to Friday on business days from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

  1. Orders are fulfilled in Poland, other European countries and the United States.
  2. To use the store’s services, it is necessary: ​​to have access to the Internet, including a program for browsing its resources that accepts cookies; having a current e-mail address;
  3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.
  4. By phone, the store is open from Monday to Friday on working days, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
  5. Product prices are expressed in Polish zlotys and EUR. The price given for each product is binding at the time the customer places the order.
  6. The order price is the price given after selecting the type of delivery and payment method.
  7. Minimum order amount – no limits.
  8. At the “Cart” stage, the user has the option of:
  • correcting the number of pieces of the product added to the cart;
  • continue shopping by adding more products to the cart;
  • removing individual items from the cart or clearing the entire cart;
  • knowing the entire value of the order;
    1. The user places an order by completing the form, providing contact details: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and recipient’s name and surname, street, house number, postal code, city.
    2. The user can choose an additional option – adding comments to the order, in addition, the user can accept the clauses and process personal data and send commercial information about the current store offer by e-mail.
    3. After placing the order, the User will receive feedback sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration form, constituting information about the correctly placed order.
    4. The order will be processed provided that the goods are available in the warehouse or from the Store’s suppliers within 14 business days. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order, the User will be immediately informed about the status of the order in order to decide on further proceedings regarding the execution of the order
    5. If the goods are unavailable, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of placing the order. If the Customer has paid for the goods, the Store will refund the amount due to the Customer within 14 days from the date of informing the User about the impossibility of fulfilling the service.
    6. If the Store cannot fulfill the obligation due to even temporary inability to provide the properties ordered by the User, the Store may release itself from the obligation by providing a substitute service corresponding to the same quality and purpose and for the same price or remuneration, informing at the same time, the User in writing about his right not to accept this service and to withdraw from the contract, with the return of the item at the Seller’s expense. In this case, the User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, and the item is returned at the Seller’s expense.
    7. If the User decides not to purchase a similar product at a similar price, as stated in point. 14, and has previously paid, the Store undertakes to refund the price within 14 days of receiving information from the User about his/her resignation.
    8. A limited number of goods are available for promotional sale. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless the detailed conditions of a specific promotion allow for such a possibility. Free advertising add-ons are not subject to exchange or complaints.
    9. In justified cases. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel the execution of an order placed by a recipient who has not previously collected the ordered goods, has not paid for the ordered goods on time or in a situation where the authenticity of the order raises justified doubts.
    10. It is prohibited to post comments *containing illegal content, *posting abusive or defamatory information, containing threats or obscene or indecent content; *provide false or misleading information; *violate the rights of third parties; *distribute and publish spam
    11. Delivery. The shipping cost is included in the final order price. The store charges a flat fee, specified on the store’s website: Delivery by courier – Payment by transfer, Delivery by courier – Payment on delivery.
    12. For orders over PLN 500, the delivery cost is free of charge.
    13. It is possible to make the product according to the customer’s individual order, in which case a fee of +20% will be added to the basic price.
    14. When receiving the parcel, check in the presence of the courier whether the parcel, packaging and contents are intact and consistent with the order. The courier is obliged to wait and allow the parcel to be checked calmly. If damage occurs or deficiencies are noticed, a damage report must be prepared. The courier has the appropriate form.
    15. Payment can be made as follows: *By transfer to a bank account. *Payment in cash upon personal collection or cash on delivery. In the case of payment by transfer, electronic payment or payment by payment card, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 2 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement – otherwise the order will be canceled. In the event of ordering Products with different delivery dates, the delivery date is the longest given date.
    16. The beginning of the delivery period of the Product to the Customer is counted as follows:
      – if the Customer chooses the payment method by transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.
    17. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, an appropriate written declaration. To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.
    18. The shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

    20. The user may not copy, modify or distribute the content, photos, logos without the prior consent of the producers or the Administrator.
    21. All products offered in the Online Store are covered by the seller’s 24-month liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales of July 27, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended). .change)

    23. The Store will consider complaints immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint sent by the User.
    24. The returned goods must be accompanied by a description of the non-compliance of the goods with the contract, order number, account number and contact details.
    25. In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer may demand that the product be brought into compliance with the contract by free repair or replacement of the product with a new one, unless repair or replacement is impossible (due to exhaustion of stocks). The Store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the purchase price by making a transfer to account provided by the User.
    26. The costs associated with returning the complained goods are refunded by the Store immediately after the complaint is positively considered.
    27. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address or correspondence address provided by the User.
    28. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will immediately take action to implement its content.
    29. The store issues written confirmation of the return of the benefit.
    30. The store will verify the validity of the complaint and will inform you by e-mail to the address provided by the customer in the complaint form. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be replaced with another, full-value one, and if this is impossible (for example due to exhaustion), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price. If the complaint is deemed unfounded, the store agrees with the customer by e-mail whether the purchased goods will be sent back to the customer at his expense or whether they will be disposed of.
    31. In the event of a complaint, regardless of the form of payment chosen by the customer, the store returns the money to the customer to the account number indicated by him or by postal order. This information will be agreed with the Customer via e-mail.
    32. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales shall apply and amending the Civil Code.

    35. Agreements concluded via the Online Store are concluded in Polish and English.
    36. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e. changes in legal provisions, changes in payment and delivery methods – to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.
    37. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; Act on the provision of electronic services; Consumer Rights Act, Personal Data Protection Act.
    38. The customer has the right to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. For this purpose, he may submit a complaint via the EU ODR online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr /.
