We deliver purchased products in Poland, other European countries and the United States. We process paid orders within 14 business days, unless the ordered products are immediately available.

Shipping costs:

  • Courier delivery within Poland InPost – PLN 25
  • Courier delivery, cash on delivery – PLN 30
  • InPost parcel lockers – PLN 15
  • Foreign shipment (Europe) – PLN 60 – PLN 150
  • International shipments – please contact us at info@justforpets.eu to determine individual shipping costs.

Important information regarding delivery:

  • Packaging charges are included in shipping costs.
  • Transportation costs may change due to the weight of the shipment or the number of goods ordered.
  • We recommend purchasing several products in one basket to avoid duplicating transport costs. We cannot group two separate orders, therefore shipping costs are added to each order separately, unless individual arrangements are made.
  • The goods for shipment are properly packed and secured.
  • When receiving the parcel, please check whether it has not been damaged during transport.
  • If the shipment is not collected by the Customer, all costs of returning and resending the shipment are covered by the Buyer.


In the event of exchanging the purchased goods, the re-shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The amount for re-shipment should be transferred to the store’s account www.justforpets.eu. The parcel with the replaced goods will be sent after the payment for re-shipment has been credited to the store’s account.

When purchasing through the Just For Pets online store, you have the option to withdraw from the sales contract (i.e. RETURN) or EXCHANGE the purchased goods if they do not meet your expectations. This is possible within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send an appropriate declaration before its expiry. When sending goods that you would like to return or exchange, please include:

  • original receipt or other proof of payment
  • completed return or exchange form (files available for download below)
  • pay attention to carefully pack the goods in the original packaging with tags and in a way that will protect them against damage or destruction during transport to our headquarters
  • In the event of an exchange of goods, after confirming the availability of the goods with the store, the cost of re-shipment should be transferred to the store’s account (in accordance with the shipping price list available in the tab: Delivery). Note: exchanges can be made once per receipt. If the product received for exchange still does not fit the dog, please return it and place a new order.

We will make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered to you in accordance with the order placed and in intact condition. However, we hope that the purchases you make are well thought out.
